When a hard-working council member in Bergisch Gladbach in preparation of the Planning Committee in the Bensberg town hall goes and takes it up the stairs the newly modernized elevator used, then, yes then you will - weather permitting - rewarded. Rewarded with a beautiful view over the Rhine-level and, as shown here, over at Schloss Bensberg.
