Two female members of the Polish Parliament have the proposal introduced to penalize the drivers of cars with unwashed fines. Like a Polish radio station reported, citing a tabloid, has a vote on the Internet, however, revealed that 82 percent of respondents were against such legislation. At present, the way is winter in Poland - with mud and snow on the roads.
